Aluminum alloy welding

Aluminum is easily oxidized during welding, and the generated oxides will hinder the progress of the welding. During welding, flux that removes the oxidizer is generally used or a gas-shielded welding machine is used to prevent oxidation during aluminum alloy welding. Helium arc heat is large, so use Helium or argon-helium mixed gas protects aluminum alloys.
